Sitara is a journalist and came to Aashwasan to get relief from a condition that she was suffering for many years. The medicines she was taking made her numb to her experiences. She lost her memory of vocabulary and was frustrated because she had to keep a dictionary whenever she wrote an article. She was so scared of the symptoms of epilepsy that she was scared to stop medication. This made her dull and sad.

After a few sessions, she regained memory. She could do her reportage without any difficulty. She felt extremely happy that the fear of epilepsy also vanished. She started experiencing joy and stopped medication as she was able to manage her condition.
